Beth: I love photographic images, whether mine or those captured by someone else. Each image is a visual representation of one particular moment in time. That makes each one important. Because of my feelings about the photographic image, I continue to both capture current photographic images as well as restore vintage ones. On a personal level, I have begun the process of scanning family pictures and getting them into a format for sharing. I want to be able to share not only the pictures, but also any information I have about the picture. My father-in-law's diagnosis of Alzheimer's has created a sense of urgency in me to document and share images and information. He is the inspiration for my tag line of "THE ART OF RECOLLECTION". In watching him, I've come to realize there is truly an art to recollection.
